Meet Phil
Property ManagerPhil St. Romain has been a Property Manager with The Saint Property Management Team since 2020. Phil obtained his real estate license in 2020 while working with the team. Phil has an extensive background in business including property management/leasing, auto sales and leasing, and Finance. Prior to joining the SPM Team, Phil owned and operated J V Leasing Inc. and JV Auto Consultants Inc. for 30 years. He and his team assisted clients with the purchase, finance, and leasing of vehicles.
Phil is a graduate of McNeese University where he gained a BA Degree in Business and Pre Law. Once out of college, he moved to Denver, for the outstanding quality of life that Colorado offers. He describes himself as a people person and believes life is all about relationships. He lives his life according to the Golden Rule, striving to consistently treat others with dignity and respect. In his spare time, Phil enjoys biking, fishing, BBQing, and entertaining family, friends and neighbors.
