The Saint Property Management Team at RE/MAX Leaders is a full-service residential property management group. The company handles all aspects of managing residential properties including property marketing and maintenance, tenant screening and communication, financial accounting, and reporting. Since its founding in 2014, The Saint Property Management Team has built a reputation for unparalleled professionalism, responsiveness, and market knowledge. The entire team prides itself on the ability to create long-term relationships with our owners/clients, tenants, and vendors. The team currently manages over 240 residential properties with a focus on south Denver and its surrounding suburbs. 

The Saint Property Management Team at RE/MAX Leaders was founded by Josh St. Romain in 2014. Josh has been managing residential rental properties for over 20 years and remains the guiding force behind the team. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, Josh also works extensively with investors and individuals who are looking to purchase or sell residential real estate. Josh is regularly recognized for his achievements as an experienced and highly respected agent. Since 2017 Josh has assisted his clients in over $80 million in total residential sales. Josh is a recipient of RE/MAX's 'Hall of Fame" (lifetime sales volume) and RE/MAX's 'Platinum Club' (annual sales) for 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, and 2017. Josh has been recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent in each of the last 3 years (2020 through 2022). Josh is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, and the South Metro Denver REALTORS® Association ("SMDRA"). Josh is also a proud member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers ("NARPM").
